As a Nevada native, she provided invaluable insights about neighborhoods, schools, flight paths, and even specific subdivision characteristics that we never would have thought to consider. Her understanding of local market pricing and potential area-specific issues was impressive and helped us make informed decisions throughout our search.

Tammie helped us while moving from one state to another doing walk throughs with us on FaceTime and sending pictures to help us truly get a full picture of every house. She also helped us make sure we closed on time so when our movers arrived we could fully move in with no issues. She is amazing!

My husband and I were looking to move from California to the Reno area, and Tammie was referred to us. Because we lived out of the area, we thought it was going to be difficult going back-and-forth to try and find a house. Tammie was amazing & made everything extremely easy. We spoke with her on the phone explaining to her our wants and needs & she arranged to show us quite a few properties that coming weekend. She ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT!!! I believe we looked at around eight houses over the 2 days but there was one that we really fell in love with. She took us back the following day so that we could look at this home again before making an offer. She worked hard for us to get us the best possible price on the house and helped us through the entire process. There was absolutely nothing missed and she kept us informed about everything through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any real estate needs!!!
